Actually as a tenant here (which I've stated before) the rent is high enough. Based on demand the rent is going up a little this year but its not to bad. I'm against paying for parking also seeing as I don't use the garage and any other additional fees. Once the townhomes are built in the grassy areas (in front of the Chapman) it should be how rates and the like change.
