I also wouldn't be so quick to play taps on Barnes and Noble as well.

I do actually think the see the writing on the wall in terms of physical books and stores, I've been watching them over the past few months and they have put a full court press on their e-books and have gained some major traction on their Nook sales.

I do think they see the future is going to be in their Apps and their e-reader's. They seem to be jockeying for their position in this market.
With it's iPad Apps and it's Nook starting to get stronger reviews and selling more units.

I do see a strong competitor in this market.
