I live in the Caribbean in an area where there are no ZIP codes. I wanted to buy a Nook and some books, but couldn't set up an account without a ZIP code.
I called international customer service. After quite a while on hold they had no solution. I write an e-mail and they tell me that I have to ask for the ZIP code at the post office.
How ignorant can they be????
I guess I'll go with Kindle.
