Nucklehead, you're wasting good internet ink sparring with Barbie....It's a dead end, and you might as well give it up. Some people are just so much smarter than us neocons, younger, prettier, better educated, capable of ordering properly at Starbucks, able to discuss fine wines and films with subtitles, order in French restaurants, know the best bottled water sources and how to save the trees, seals, field mice and polar bears. when they come down from their ivory towers, usually at some lib college, to give us instructions, we should listen, and obey, as they know what is best for us.
LOL!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself! Need a job? You'd be good in PR.

On second thought, you might as well pull your wifebeater over your mullet, light up a Marlboro, kick back with Cooter and the Gang and keep swillin' the Ripple out back behind the trailer.

No sense breaking with tradition!

Stop blaming hard working, college educated liberals for your lack of ambition. You made your bed, now get in it and shut up already.
Naw, darlin, I graduated from HS, even did a little college work, but I hadda quit and go to work. 1968 was not a good year, and I had a wife to feed and rent to pay. Been working since then too, 42 years, and no end in sight....how bout you? Have you paid your dues, or are you exempt, like most lib/dems?

Thanks for those kind words, glad you liked it. Was I close to describing you and your ilk? I am glad I was finally able to use the word ilk in a sentence, it's not easy.

Yeah, me and the boys have been known to knock back a few PBR's, but no ripple. What else can you do around here, cept sit on the concrete blocks that lead up to the door of my double wide and enjoy the breeze coming off the retention pond next door?

Are you and XOXOXOX related, you seem to think similarly? Ya'll ain't, an item, are ya?

You know what they say, once you've had a honky, you never go back.

I just like the verbal sparring that you provide, you sometimes get a little angry, but don't dish it out, if you can't take it...I always say.

An Item? LOL!! Sorry to burst your bubble, Uncle Fester, but Barbie does it commando these days!

Like I've always said, with a pretty face and a trick pelvis, you've got it made!

Love the part about the retention pond- that was good.

I rather envisioned a double-wide, concrete garden gnomes, windowboxes of faded plastic geraniums, and the trailer park standpipe in the front yard.

You've worked 42 years. Too long. Time to get out and enjoy what's left! Money or not, time is selfish and you deserve more after all that time- even if your a Republican.

See, I can be charitable and kind, why can't the reich wingers?

Thanks for those nice words...yes, the retention pond was the best part, and you are pretty sharp to catch it. Sometimes subtle humor goes right over the heads of people. Yeah, I wish I could stop working, but got too many obligations....anyway, I 'll stop annoying you, you passed the test.

I cannot wait until the book comes out telling how Geithner, Summers, Paulsen all were given the job by George Soros to tank our economy in a timely manner so that his puppet Obama could be installed in the whitehouse to undermine our country, destroying it from within...
Last nights SOTU speech was PROOF that this man has the mentality of Hugo Chavez.. he honestly IS going to be our dictator if we do not stop his tyranny.. I do not know about you, but I for one am WAY smarter than Obama is, I happen to realize that America does not need to be changed into a socialist, nonpropserous nation..his lies and sneers should have repulsed all Americans by now... this man should be IMPEACHED already!

Looks like the batcrap crazies have outdone themselves! Congrats!

Each successive post of yours dives deeper into retardation.

The SOTU was brilliantly written and delivered, a home-run. I only wish it was backed up by action, which sadly, it will not.

I had such hopes for a hard driving socialist agenda being rammed through, but the constant crying for "bipartisan" support with Rehtuglicans makes the majority of us out here cringe.

Obama will never get one vote from a Rethuglican, so why bother? I say go o a simple 51 majority vote on everything, and fuck it.

If the Rethugs had a similar position, they would do it to Democrats, as they did the first six years of the Tush Administration. They wouldn't even let Democrats MEET in sanctioned rooms of the capitol- they actually turned out the lights and microphones.

I say the Dems should ram through socialized medicine, nationalize the banks and oil companies, and rule over these freaks with an iron fist. It would teach a valuable lesson to the fascists in control of the Rethuglican party that elections have consequences.

Unfortunately this won't happen, and as Howard Zinn said, Obama will be remembered as a mediocre president.

Michael Dell, George Soros, Michael Thane, among others were treated to mortgages at 50 cents on the dollar when they formed a new hedge fund called "One West Bank" to assume the good paying loans of the federally seized Indymac Bank in California.

Now those loans are defaulting, as predicted, and hoped for by the new hedge fund, and they are taking people's homes.

This was a gift from the Obama Administration to it's supporters.

Charles Schumer aided and abetted this giveaway, and strangely, the folks paying the bills, the mortgage holders, weren't offered their loans at 50 cents on the dollar, but they have to endure the fascist bureaucracy of dealing with a hedge fund which refuses to loan money, refinance people, or give loan modifications.

They want you to default, and intend to get the property. Shame on them.

I agree that the speech, although a little long, was brilliant and delivered in laymans terms that even an idiot like Sarah Palin could understand.

The republicans are as weak now as they were before Brown was elected. 41 is nothing since they will never get 19 dems to swing their votes. 59 is a much better number to deal with when you need 60 votes and they will find that one vote, especially if the tea bagger movement gets any angrier.

For me, his election is good news for dems. Brown will be sworn in, Congress will get nothing done in the next 10 months, voters will be even angrier in November and they will blame the repugnants by voting democrat.

The only other good thing that came out of the Brown win is that a seat that was held by a popular Democrat for decades was lost.....JUST LIKE THAT. These career Senators like McCain and Kerry should be sweating bullets right about now. Since Congress will NEVER enact term limits, it's up to the voters to get these old men OUT of the way so things can start moving again up on the hill. This non-action is absolutely ludicrous.

Sorry ladies, it was a campaign speech. He is still running for something. He wasted the first 1/3 talking about clean energy, whatever that is, and the rest about what he was gonna do. I heard a similar variation of this speech before he got elected, it was deja vu, all over again.

Thats french for been there, done that, but you knew that, yall are both smart ladies, way too smart to waste your time on topix, you should go into show biz, you should be on the stage.....there's one leaving in 10 minutes.

You sly dog!

Is that a ploy to get us to leave????

Sorry, Fester, we may be smart, but also smart enough to hang around!

As far as the speech, it was great, on-point, and well delivered. I just highly doubt anything meaningful will come from it. I like and respect the man, but the desire to appeal to all or nothing will bring down the effort.

I'm just flirting with you gals...when a guy gets my age, he dreams about the good old days....younger women, faster horses, older whisky, more money.
