Group exercise instructor Lili Rojas says the slogan for ZUMBA is "Ditch the workout and join the party!" Quite a party it is, Zumba is the latest workout craze.

a DVD that had the same or very similar instructions as this class at Bally to be
purchased with the title of Zumba?

I THINK ZUMBA SHOULD BE TAUGHT IN EVERY GYYM CLASS ACROSS THE COUNTRY IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY OR A REQUIREMENT TO PASS OR FAIL A CLASS! THE OBESITY RATE IN THIS COUNTRY IS RIDICULOUS!!! AT LEAST IF THEY TAUGHT IT IN SCHOOLS MABEY KIDS WOULD ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO GYM CLASS. IF YOU MAKE IT FUN, OBESITY RATES WOULD PLUMET & KIDS WOULD BE MORE CONFIDENT & HEALTHIER! SPREAD THE WORD!!!
