Why is Columbus based NetJets sending the manufacturing jobs for up to 125 new jets to Brazil when we have multiple excellent suppliers in the US? Just a simple question for an American employer.

At least NetJets didn't move to North Carolina and is expanding its business in Ohio. That was several thousand jobs, I believe.

Not yet at least. The Greensboro Airport is 1,000 times nicer than CMH with tons more room for expansion. In addition, NC has a better environment for businesses to grow and expand than Ohio.
