Why does not Mr Buffet require his new fund managers to put their saving/net worth into BRKA.

Mr. Buffet has significant monies in the BRKA.

Why does not he require his new fund managers to do so. If they did, I would have more confident to buy BRKA. If they are so good, let them put their money where their mouth is!!!!!
