I have been using this with no issues (only had it a couple of weeks). Today, used it, but waited about 2 hrs before removing the bit. Would not come out. Had to tap it out with a hammer. I cleaned & lubed the collet, but it will not allow another bit to be inserted into it.

What can I look for or do to remedy?
