This trial may be the best news for the thousands of women who suffered due to this device. It is a great step for them. It is also very promising especially after the settlement of the case in California where the victim was awarded 5 million. Many women who have received bladder sling devices have complained of complications at a certain point after surgery. It's good to know that some of these patients decided to advance in their legal course against manufacturers of these seemingly faulty devices. There is added information about bladder slings and related issues at http://www.bladderslingrecall.us for people concerned and interested.

We can only hope that this case turns out to be in favor of the complainant just as how it ended for Christine Scott. I read an article from this site bladdermeshlawsuit . us / what-makes-transvaginal-mesh-d angerous/ and one can only imagine the damage mesh devices have been reported to cause when they fail to work. It's high time that these women get compensated for everything they have been through because of these devices.

This case has since been resolved in favor of the plaintiff which should be a source of encouragement for the thousands of women injured by these devices. Other cases against other manufacturers such as C.R. Bard have also been settled recently in favor of the plaintiff. For updates and developments, you may check http://ginaworthyblog.wordpress.com/
