EU gives backing to BA alliance
Virgin Atlantic has opposed the BA/AA alliance which it describes as a "monster monopoly". European regulators have paved the way for British Airways, Iberia and American Airlines to work together.

It's about bloody time......... OneWorld now gets to play on a level field with Star and the DL/NW/KLM/AF thing. (I forget it's name right now)

Hey Prost good news for the homefront! Skyteam is the other alliance you were trying to describe. RWG should have his comments forthcoming pretty soon.
PS - Sir Richard is pretty pissed off.

It is only fair oneworld has being at such a disadvantage with Skyteam and Star with the Delta /Air France and United/Lufthansa for the last number of years. I hope it helps American
