British Airways cabin crew vote to take pay cut to save jobs
British Airways cabin crew have offered to take a 2.6 per cent pay cut and have no salary rise until February 2011 to help achieve millions of pounds in savings.

Ouch. This does not portend well for the industry.
Management at BA will likely get a fat bonus because these folks have bought this latest pig in a poke.

We at AA did the same thing many years ago. Since AA and BA are so close I suspect BA management will recoup faster than the rank and file just like AA execs did.
