Bank of America responds: Ex-mortgage workers made 'wild misrepresentations' and 'impossible claims'
In court filings late Friday, the Charlotte-based bank said sworn statements from six ex-employees and one contractor contain "wild misrepresentations" about the work they performed for the bank.Full Story
