Where does my complaint go? 3% International fees!!!!

(I tried to email Bank of America's, using the information provided on their homepage. My email was returned "undelivered." The following is my original email that I attempted to send.)
To whomever yo,
I recently received an email from Bank of America regarding customer feedback; that I was being lured with gifts and prizes in exchange for my ďopinion.Ē
I find this offensive for so many reasons.
My customer feedback is free for you today:
1. I know youíre not going broke anytime soon...would it be too much to ask that you actually employ enough people to fill the ten or so teller booths? Every time I visit BoA, Iím forced to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes before Iím helped, all the while, Merchants take priority on regular teller lanes because the merchant window is always closed. There are, on average, only 2 teller windows available. fml
2. I live out of country, meaning that the 3% withdrawal fees are killing me...figuratively. BoA used to be one of the only institutions that did not have any international fees for using ATMís. You have seriously lost the loyalty of your expat retirees and Veterans, who are all on a very fixed income. FYI, there will be a substantial number of ďbaby boomersĒ retiring this next year....who do you think they will elect to handle their finances if they choose to live out of country?
3. Stop asking me for census feedback. I get bombarded with enough advertisements as it is and itís becoming maddening. Everywhere I turn I see a corporation thatís spending millions of dollars on ad campaigns to convince the public that theyíre fair or unbiased in some way.
I have been giving my feedback to your managers at branches all across the America and in other countries as well...for many years now; I have yet to see any changes. I am always polite, straight to the point, handle my business, then leave.
Stop treating the little people of the world like idiots....you are a major business, you should know whatís right and wrong. Itís insulting that you actually think that by conditioning us with giveaways and prizes in exchange for our feedback, that you are going to get raw, unfiltered data. It feels more like a pill I donít want to swallow.
4. Rumors are flowing around the world right now that soon there will be a 1% fee for all transactions. I hope this isnít true.
You have already lost me as loyal customer, there is nothing you can say or do to change that, but you can at least redeem yourself to the public by doing what you know is right. Letís go back to the good Ďole days when customer service mattered; when customer satisfaction mattered; when businesses didnít need to exploit or take advantage whenever the opportunity presented itself. Itís not too late to change your image...I mean, you certainly have ďenoughĒ money...right?
