I have been with BOA for two years and LOVED the bank when I first started with them. Technology banking is high and before its time! In the past few months I fell in a finacial hole and made some insuffecient transactions. BOA charged me the ISF fee, and overdraw fees that I could pay back. After 5 days I was charged an extended overdraft fee -- I GET PAID BIWEEKLY, NOT WEEKLY. I called customer service - NO Help at all. Every 5 days was an extended charge. Then they sent bill pay checks out on top of my negative balance. I was charged 35.00 for every check sent out, most banks cancel bill pay. After banking with others for 3 months I was sent an email that they had taken 400.00 out of a my mothers acct which is shared with me - NO PRIOR NOTICE was given to pay themselves back but left me with 50.00 negative. I was send an email this week sayin an extented 5 day charge. WHAT IS UP WITH BOA...YOU CAN NOT GET AHEAD WITH ADDITIONAL AND EXCESSIVE FEES!
