Enough is enough. Avalon Bay is like a little child that throws himself on the ground, kicking and screaming, until he gets his way. This project is a legitimate safety hazard. Circle drive is a difficult road to navigate under the best conditions. Therefore, there will be only one access to the complex, and it is compromised by the Merrit Parkway bridge. Obviously, Avalon Bay could care less about the surrounding neighborhood.

Baldwin Plaza will play host to a 9/11 Memorial and Bridgeport Tea Party on Friday September 11th starting at 11:30am. The names of all Connecticut residents who were victims on that tragic day will be read. We will remember the events of September 11th 2001 through songs, guest speakers, and prayer.
Immediately following the 9/11 memorial The Bridgeport Tea Party will kick off. Area business leaders, everyday citizens, and other patriots from all walks of life and all over the country will be on hand to share their thoughts on such issues as universal health care, cap and trade and other issues which affect our entire country.
All are welcome to attend. Political affiliation is not what is important; Democracy is what is important.

Maybe Kevin Kelly will be too busy making money on this case and Harkins can appoint a full time salaried Town Attorney after he's elected.

The Town of Stratford should invoke RICO statutes as a defense.

Avalon Bay was instrumental in passing the affordable housing law in th CT state legislature.

Our politicos refuse to repeal this law. Why? Its political corruption at its zenith!

Avalon is aiming to put their affordable nightmare off Warner Hill and access through Copper Kettle & Far Mill Dr....Guess What folks better not let this atrocity in. We have enough problems with a subdivision that has adverly impacted the neighborhood...There is also something in the Charter regarding why with Far Mill Condos and the aformentioned 55 and over many still unsold after 3 years down to 359K-subdivision..this should not even be entertained nor passed. Furthermore that area is res 1 acre zoned..the homeowners of the houses & land they have hopes of purchasing for their new "affordable brainstorm" have been offered well above their present worth.....Residents of District 8 Warner Hill Rd area must this time pull together and THIS TIME NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE BAMBOOZELED!!! Get yourselves ready, for round 2..Put on those boxing gloves looks like there are some sneakies going on~Avalon strikes again!!! Call Larry Miller or Tom Moore. Planing and zoning is reminicent of Scultz on Hogan's Heroes..."THEY KNOW NOAAATHINGK" YEAH RIGHT!

Real Nice are you that insensitive? You should be ashamed of yourself..911 is nothing to be joking about. If you had lost someone dear to you in 911 as many CT residents did you would not be so quick to poke inappropriate comments. That was the lowest of low!Have you no shame?

Mayor Moron your a fine one to talk out your azz when you spend most your time out of Stratford. How's Heather doing? Go play in Shelton. While you play in Shelton the air in Stratford is much cleaner you are a disgrace to the Democrats. Not one Democrat with exception of Alvin O'Neil & Emma Brooks...people of on the DTC lives in low or lower middle income areas so who are you kidding? Chickadee Lane-Moony&Reynolds...Your Mama lives in a pricey lil Historical dstrict...so cut the bleeding heart crap no one is buying it LOSER! You are one big joke and so are your dwindling followers

Why don't we stick Avalon in the area of Chickadee, Some land available around ain treet Putney. Just look at where all 30(haha) Miron signs are, right on the lawns of the North end the DTC & some other people with 1/2 a brain or no choice. Hate to say this but most us folks in the South End think with our heads cant stand Miron or Alvin the clown. Stick that republican bullshyat up yours Miron and DTC..you'll suck

Its not just Kelly. There are a few other attorneys from other law firms who have been working on this since the inception. Primarily to deal with the court proceedings. Kelly is just the public face with the commissions.
