I have recently purchased a home and have had service for only 2 months. Each bill i have recieved has been past the due date. For example its the 16th and i just recieved my bill that was due on the 12th... I have no problem with the amounts of my bills, its just an irratation knowing the level of pure incompitence. I would recomend a cleaning out from the top down. You are only as good as you leaders and so far its pathetic.
