Atmos: Human error led to McKinney gas explosions
An Atmos Energy executive said Tuesday morning that human error and an extraordinary sequence of events led to a series of gas explosions that destroyed two homes and seriously injured three people last week.

In other words, Atmos Energy executives are hoping no one will notice they're trying to shove all the blame on the little guy at the bottom of the totem pole shifting all responsbility from managmement where it belongs. Big surprise there. Only surprise will be if it doesn't work.
