The Boy Scouts of America simply should close down and reopen as a private organization to private donars only. No handouts from the govt.

Umm, they already are private.
That's why they are able to discriminate.
They just aren't liking the consequences (mainly huge lack of funding from donations provided by UPS, Intel, and other companies).
