Gas and food are ging up. people cannot afford to buy their medications. People losing their homes... It's a great time for AEP to get another rate increase.

Pretty sure they got enough last winter. 13 something percent then, right? Ugh.

My guess is that AEP had to cut off a lot of people's electric because they were unable to pay so they had to make that lost money up some way. What better way? Make the people that they have left paying their bills pay a higher price.
