Downpour floods Stafford
A fast-moving storm that passed through the region Saturday afternoon knocked out power for a few hundred Appalachian Power Company customers in the two Virginias and caused flooding on area roads - most notably, Stafford Drive in Princeton.

People kept driving through the water. Not a smart thing to do especially when it would be simple to advoid the water.
