Governor Perry would be a political fool if he refused to sign the bill. Texas is a big state; sometimes we drive 50 to 100 thousand miles a year and never get out of Texas.
So what if the rest of the states delay in not doing the same thing. We could drive better cheaper cleaner and save our air while doing. Plus we could help our producers of natural gas have a market right here at home.
Let the refineries have a reprieve. Most need to be shut down and have repairs made this would give them some time to do so.
Hats off to those who wrote and voted on the bill.
