Problems with generating .mnf file for ANSYS-ADAMS transfer

Hi, I've meshed a model I created using shell element. It in fact is a model of vehicle engine hood. I need to impact it with a human head in Adams/aflex. The problem now is how to create a model neutural file (.mnf). I always encontered the error information that:

Constaint equation 1 does not have an unique DOF.

Anyone could guess what the problem is? Also, is there anyway to transfer the file into ADAMS without generating .mnf file since there is no moving parts in my model.

i had created a model in adams software now i want to export to ansys can you please suggest the steps
