Modal analysis of the thin plate fabricated from different materials

Hi everyone.
I'm a beginner user in ANSYS.:D
Now I'am modeling a thin plate that plate includes vein and membrane parts. Vein's made from carbon-epoxy fiber, meanwhile membrane's made from thin film material.
I simulate it in ANSYS Modal analysis to estimate the mode shapes and natural frequencies.
I get results then compare with the experiment results.
Its natural frequency values is close to the experiment results, but mode shapes are not.^o)
I've already assign material properties into plate model exactly.
Anyone has experience in this aspect, please help me find out the reason why the different results happen?
