Thermal radiation heat transfer problem

Iím a student trying to solve some heat transfer problem involving thermal radiation heat transfer. I started with solving simple geometrical problem with an inner cylinder (OD-40, K- 40W/mK, emmissivity-0.9) concentrically placed in an annulus (ID/OD- 100/110, K-20 W/mK, emmissivity-0.3). Dimensions are in mm. Length -1 m. Heat generation in inner cylinder- 150 kW. Ultimate heat sink at 200 deg C, 4000 W/m^2K at OD of annulus. Space between cylinders are filled with low conductive gas. Radiation is only considered between cylinders. Assume radial heat transfer only. Transient with quasi static solution is adopted. Element-plane-55.
Analytical prediction-2836, 2538, 422, 308:(CL, OD, ID/OD-annulus)
ANSYS prediction-2080, 1919, 345, 270:(CL, OD, ID/OD-annulus).
Can someone please help me solve this problem?
