ANSYS Installation

I'm trying to install Ansys v. 10.0 on my computer which have Windows XP installed.
I receive the following errors:
-90 Future license file format or misspelling in license file.
The file was issued for a later version of FLEXlm than
this program understands.
-97 The desired vendor daemon is down.
1) Check the lmgrd log file, or 2) Try lmreread.
Flexlm v. 10.1.3.0 isn't compatible with Windows XP?

1)IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS XP

2) OPEN THE FLEXLM APPLET AND MAKE SURE U SPECIFY THE RIGHT PATH FOR LICENSE FILE,LMGRD FILE,&DEBUG FILE

3)U SAVE SETTING AFTER THAT

4) REREAD THE LICENSE FILE BY CLICKING THE REREAD OPTION IN FLEXLM APPLET
5) PRESS START

I've just upgrade my PC to Windows Vista, and then I can't install FLEXlm for Ansys 9.0.

Hey tommy!!! you need download the SP1 that one comes ll ready for works in Windows Vista...

You can download the torrent from www.mininova.org
search: "ANSYS" when you see, ANSYS PRODUCTS 11 SP1, download. You need uTorrent for download the ANSYS. Don't worry for the crack, that one comes with "MAGNiTUD", install, crack, and enjoy!

Only ANSYS AND FLEXLM 11 SP1 works with windows Vista. However, I haven't seen a crack for this version of ANSYS yet.

HI SANDEEP, CAN U TELL ME WHER WILL GET THE LMGRD & DEBUG FILES FOR ANSYS.. I HAVE INSTALLED THEM FOR HYPERMESH.. DO I HAVE TO INSTALL THE SAME FOR ANSYS ALSO??

i've just downloaded ANSYS V11-MAGNiTUDE and, i cannot install it.
when i click on autoexec and then select the ANSYS product, the application gets frozen forever(but still working!) i cannot understand :(

If someone could help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I downloaded ANSYSV11-magnitude and installed it no worries. The crack however produces a license file that the flexIm licensing application does not accept. Does anyone know why?

I downloaded ANSYSV10-magnitude and installed it no worries. But I dont know how to place the two lines mainly host hostid in ansys.dat.Could somebody help pls?shouls it be after the server line

Can anyone tell me if they have successfully installed Ansys 11 with a crack onto a 'vista' OS computer?
Do you just use sp1 and the same MaNITuDE license file as used with Ansys 11 crack on an XP computer?

either the license manager is down , or the client cannot communicate correctly with the license server
