Ansys Error "Element information missing for element"

I am simulating MEMS Electrostatic actuator using Comb Drive. I used Multi Field Solver (MFS single code) of Ansys 12.0. Intially I tried to solve the problem just using morphing for electrostatic region (using command- morph,on ). But using this, the
solution is ok for certain volatge and after this I found a error-
"Element number 8640 has negative volume due to excessive distortion
under morphing. Volume =-0.50313855.[/b]"
Later I tried to solve the problem by doing remeshing the electrostatic region when
morphing fails (using command -- morph,on,,on,Air,4,2,2). Now when morphing fail, it
remesh the electrostatic region and can solve, but it gives a new problem when the
program go for solving the structural region. It gives the following error and terminate
the ansys program-
*** FATAL *** CP = 1617.469 TIME= 01:13:51
Element information missing for element 7266
ALL CURRENT ANSYS DATA WRITTEN TO FILE NAME= ansabort.db
FOR POSSIBLE RESUME FROM THIS POINT
The above error is non-recoverable by ANSYS
ANSYS run terminated by the indicated error
Current data base saved if possible.
I checked and found the element 7266 in structural region and I didn't remesh structural
region. This element is not even in boundary with electrostatic region. Now I have no
idea how I can solve this problem. If someone has faced this problem before and solved or
if someone has some knowledge about this problem, can you please help me.
Thanks for your help.
