Dear folks,

I am new user to ansys. I am having old cracked vesion of ansys. As I have understood, the default dimensions of ansys is meters for length. How can can change this to micrometer?

I want to use Ansys for MEMS design analysis and hence would like to have dimensions in micrometers.

Looking forward for answers..

cheers..
