Ron "the butterfly" Huberman is a disgusting Hack. Huberman's main job is to coverup corruption. While serving as Daley's chief of staff,he help coverup corruption in the Building Department,to protect Daley. Also he wants to help Daley and his minions make a run on the CTU pension funds. He is not a good role model for our childrens to lok up to,and definitely not an Educator.

After the 10's of millions of dollars spent on the reconstruction of the brown line, it now actually takes me longer to get downtown. The CTA is an inefficient, filthy piece of s, so let's take the guy who runs it, who has no background in the field of education, and make him CEO of the country's third largest school district.

How about Blagojevich as CEO of CPS? Or Madoff? Or Daley?

We live in a city where the leader of schools is a political appointment. That immediately makes me think there are big-time "accounting issues."

The head of the CTA to head our schools? a) that just goes to show what a joke Arne Duncan is; b) it's scary that a guy who runs the worst public transportation system in the country is thought by Daley to be capable of education our future.

Maybe we can get a teacher to run the system. They can come in to work 5 hours a day, take 3 months off in the summer and a month off in the winter and complain about their workload. That is the kid of leadership this district needs!

I think people have forgotten Huberman's career path, Ronnie was a CPD officer in charge of the IT department I think. He help come up with those spy vans some years ago. I guess we're going back to the good ol'days of CPS you didn't have to have a career in Education it was all about who you know. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! But face it, Hizonner will have his way. Arne was not qualified and was less than mediocre and Hubermann, who may have been a whiz at helping further the implementation of a police state with his knowledege of technology and surveillance, is no educator. Get a team of folks and a leader who has been in the trenches, who understands learning and teaching, and who is NOT up Daley's butt to the ankles. I am quitting my day job to become a prophet because I saw this coming in May 2008. Wild...just WILD!
