I see another huge fine and an injunction in the APA's future! If it happens during bankruptcy the fine will crushing as the Banruptcy Judge will throw the book them.

It appears to be non sanctioned slow down. APA was fined once before and is much wiser. Lorenzo's former attorney's are helping management break their contracts. Read Hard Landing

You can't fine anyone if the union is disbanded and the AA pilot's quit their jobs and walk away, putting AA into Chapter 7.

Show the politicans in Washington DC that employees do have power, and the pilots can shut AA down just before the election, it will send the administration into a tailspin.

That is my hope too. Then AA can start all over with 8000 new pilots who would be happy to be paid industry average wages and benefits and also be happy about having a very well paying job.

Start over again? You mean liquidation and many jobs lost. New pilots will be started at new lower rates if AA is to start from scratch.
Pilots need to get their heads out of the sand. What will a pilot do if he or she loses their job? What other skills do they have that will pay them the salary they will get with a new contract? All other employees will take a cut and pilots are no better than the rest of the work force.
Remember what happened to the northwest mechanics who walked off the job, they were all replaced and many still regret even today that ill advised move.
