The only plan the management of this company has ever had to turn things around is to lay people off.
Why they pay the idiots running this comopany what they is amazing to me as the layoff is the only thing they ever can suggest to turn things around.
Again, the dumbest ape in the Cincinnati zoo can suggest that and he'll work for peanuts, literally.

I'm ready and willing to assume my rightful position as a SENIOR B-777 Captain at American just as soon as you AA Pilots either quit or walk off your jobs, or the company lays you off and hires strike breakers.

Something management should have done years ago.
