They can do that because AAL holds all the cards now.

They only hold all the cards if they know that they already have the judge in their wallet. If the judge has eyes open he will see management is the not cooperating.

The judge will see the union has sucked this company dry, unions are the problem not Management.

The problem with the union workers is the focus on their assignment only. There's no big picture. If a Manager wants to lend a hand loading bags onto a plane what is the response from the Crew Chief? Instant grievance.
How about if the other gate is short staffed? Will the guys from the adjacent gate run over there to help them out? Nope. That's not my gate.
The whole work ethic has to change.

Let me know when you union pilots don't want to fly. I'm ready and able to assume my rightful position as a SENIOR B-777 Captain at American.

Why...I'll even fly for free!

The Unions do WHAT????? When you have a building called "Center Pork" that is full of over paid office workers who do Anothing to support the airline, that's called WASTE..... AMR has 20,000 jobs at CENTER PORK that are WAAste.

If you want to fix AA sell CENTER PORK and break AMR off as its own wasteful entity and let AA survive on its on as it did years ago before the AMR invention.
AMR was invented as a way for the executives and their buddies to channel money from the airline into their wallets...

AMR needs to go....... AA will survive and conquer on its own!!!

looks like you have no idea what your talking about....review the last 12 years of management decisions...then compare AA labor against the industry norm.....research....then speak.....
