The human rights delegation put the violations of human rights and displacement in Lomas del Poleo within the context of binational development projects by Zaragoza, Eloy Vallina and William Sanders. They also dealt with the issue of the Paso Del Norte Group plan to displace the residents of the Segundo Barrio. Why didn't the EP Times article mention a single word about that? Are the connections too uncomfortable?

Since when does anyone who lives in El Paso and looks across the border at the shacks by Asarco, claim to CARE about human rights in Juarez?
