Death is a lot like deap sleap, but without bad dreams, taxes or bills. You don't even have to get up and go to work. Why the big worry about it?

1. Everyone dies at some point from some cause. The anti-everything collectivist set might want us to believe that they know the way to immortality, but they are simply just another fringe cult.

2. The government should have no costs associated with health care except for that of military personnel. The costs associated with each individual's personal health care needs are largely due to that individual's personal choices. The taxpayers should not be burdened with the irresponsible behaviors of anyone, smokers or non-smokers alike. If you expect the givernment to take care of you, don't be surprised when they clamp down on your freedoms.

Right. Two out of two people believe that risk of death is a non-issue.

How warrior-like of you both.

One of you thinks it should be entirely up to the individual to avoid unhealthy situations. Okay. SO, if someone is smoking around me, in order to make my own decision and take care of my own health, I should shoot the sucker. If I don't, then I should be willing to pay for any health care costs resulting from SHS exposure, and I don't want to do that.

This is your solution?

Whack job.
