We have to put these oil companies out of business and California must lead the way for a new form of energy and Government. I'm not for the miner hike in fuel prices. It won't work unless we get hike of at least $30 per gallon to really put some teeth in this and lets have a fee for those who want to leave California and not pay their fair share in taxes of $1000000 even if they leave for a vacation. Or at least have a law that anyone leaving California for any reason produce a US Passport and hike that fee to at least $500000
