In order to close an open discharging possible flammable oil liquid discharging drill hole, note deep in the sea is an ideal safe environment as it now is; ie; the damage is done! ie,to block a small apperture hole as this one is, including drill head and well debris requires high depth charge explosives applied at 10 metre radius from well head at least 12 placed charges with hour clock format spacing as near as is possible; they all have to explode simultaneosly; this will blow out a sea bed channel but will importantly cause close proximity drill hole rock to fracture and close the well head that will close the oil drill hole;

note; oil pressure is over 60,000 lbs psi

geologists need to substantiate sea bed rock strata type to a depth of 100 metres, ie, if it is soft sediment, this type of operation can not work or take place, cause soft sedimentary rock will just gush out of drill hole with the force of the oil and gas; the only way then, is bridge base technology ie 100 tons of solid granite is dropped over gush hole then massive depth charges are placed all around the rocks and some on top this will hammer blow the heavy granite rocks into the soft sedimentary rock sealing the well, even if there is multiple rsjs'and heavy plant and well head shut of valve;

navy explosives experts would have a dam good idea on how to acheive all this;

I wonder how long will it take to all the poor people being affected from this mess to sue "BP" petroleum for the loss of income and the killing of sea animals. Today 10 sea turtles were found dead at the local beach and it is a matter of time before the dead fish star polluting the local beaches. I for one am getting my team to file a major lawsuit against the operating company and BP petroelum. By next you will read about our group taking actions against these greedy bastards.

The rig belonged to Transocean, but BP had leased it to drill an exploration well and BP bore legal responsibility for any consequences.
