Air France KLM Group has sold about half of its 15.22% shareholding in Amadeus IT Holding, netting it 467 million .

Times must be bad as they realizine trans-national holding companies cannot compete with streamlined airlines situated in one nation.
Too much duplication of bureaucratic structures.
Thankfully a few airline companies are finally streamlining there structures.....
and hopefully will do away with in its entirety the antiquated, and entirely inefficient, redundant, and SHAREHOLDER FAILING - USELESS HOLDING PARENT COMPANY CONCEPT.
