The ONLY thing I regret about this news is that I was not able to prepare and file suit for wrongful death and breach of contract written and implied. HOWEVER, that process is still being pursued. If anyone has any useful commentary, even legal advice, the estate of my son, Michael who would have been 45 on May 14th would be forever indebted.

Ceasars funeral as orated by Marc Anthony said something like..."the evil that man does lives after him, the good is oft interred within his bones, so let it be with Ceasar, for Ceaser was...a noble man" It would be my intention to assure that the evil of American Home Mortgage, Option One Mortgage and its shell owner, American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc (which now haunts my sons mailbox every day with threats and warnings, even as I write this), that this consortium suffer the damnation of hell, on earth, and I pray I will be alive to witness the comeuppence of the financial cesspool that I believe with all of my 70 year old heart, the owners, directors, employees, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs are responsible for. I I thought raising murder charges had a chance in criminal justice I would seek that route. But Civil suit will serve just as well if I can see them punished, the sooner the better.

I am a former employee, I was a top producer for years on August 6th 2007 I had 3 million in closings go bad. I was left with no place to work. Because due the the big dog American Home Mortgage falling all the other banks decided what the hell we might as well follow suit. I lost income in the tune of 10K to 15K a month. I had to live off my 401K and now I have nothing. How do I get registerd for a class action law suit against American Home Mortgage? And to top it all off I am in Florida where everything went belly up.
