It really gives me a good feeling to know that people like this still exist. i would n't know how to repay someone for doing that if i was in that situation.

Finally Newsday prints a story that shows why so many families (mine included) work so hard to live on Long Island. Way to go guys - you represent all the good things people love about LI and Deer Park.

THIS GUY DID A WONDERFUL THING BY PUTTING OUT THE FIRE I'M SURE THEY COULDN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH NICE TO HEAR A STORY WITH A NICE ENDING FOR A CHANGE.

Thanks for asking - job search has been really tough - but keep plugging away. Be REALLY glad they didn't call you!! A few people were only working there a week and this happened. Hope you found a job too! good luck.

The house belonged to the wifes GRANDMOTHER and they bought it at the estate sale...why would they want to torch it??

im so proud of my brother for being alert and putting out that fire! it took some guts for him to go there and grab a hose and try to put it out. I lived accross the street all my life and the wifes grandmother passed a little while ago and they are trying to make the house a great place for them to start their life together. i dont understand why some people can't just be positive and always has to say something negative.
