This mortgage bank is doing a spectacular swan dive into the toilet! What the hell happened! I assume the subprime mortgages are coming home to roost! These unethical lenders who give mortgages to people on the knife edge of solvency are to blame! They hold out the dream of home ownership to people who are not sufficently funded and this is the result of the financial shenanigans. Go with the old proven methods of mortgages, sufficent down payment, job and the will of the people to own a home!

No education needed? Obviously you have none because you need to learn how to read. If you indeed know how to read then you can't analyze paragraphs and structure. People are trying to work, try and stay off mom and dad's computer please.
FHA rates = 6.500 fixed for 30 years with yield.

No Comment. Thanks for proving my point. Much appreciated.

Like I said, we're looking for good experienced Loan Officers that are looking for a solid home and a career instead of the normal BS that has been going on in this industry for far too long. The right people are staying while the ones who never should have been mortgage bankers are leaving.

We're located in Queens NY are are growing because of our exclusive FHA leads and great work atmosphere.
