I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to straighten this out (as has my insurance company)Most of that time was spent on hold with people in India who usually disconnect you eventually. I returned the wheelchair to Apria over two months ago and made other arrangements. I now have a dispute going on with Apria about the charges to my credit card.I spoke with a supervisor named Darin Finney who assured me he would see that the unauthorized charges to my account would be removed. That was almost two months ago and nothing has been done about the charges. I strongly recommend that anyone who needs to rent medical equipment deal with an American company - not one run by India. AVOID APRIA!!
