There is no chance that the customers' bills will be higher as a result of the utility issuing securitization bonds," said Thomas G. Berkemeyer, AEP's associate general counsel.
Anyone who believes the above statement: hide and watch! The legal eagles will find a work around to keep dipping into the customer's pockets.
AEP will institute additional legislation, etc. to compensation their executives going forward. Nothing stops them: PUCO won't stand up to these high priced power hungry colleagues. Afterall: must protect their jobs too!!
Trust me ripping off the public will never end! Remember the Board of Directors/Shareholders must be paid those high salaries to maintain two lifestyles/careers.
The lower income individual doesn't have a chance with a cap on the goverment assistance available currently.
