If you have a fan blowing on ice cubes, sure, you're all set.

Divide $115,000,000 by the number of customers and you get pennies to single digit dollars: "$6.34 per month, for customers served by the Columbus Southern Power operating company, and 34 cents per month, for the predominately rural customers served by the Ohio Power operating company." Hey, but there's a ray of light..."The monthly savings would last from June through the end of the year."
Wow, break out the Dom!

Let's all shed a tear for AEP, their PROFITS were only a little over $1 BILLION last year. Looters.

Agreed. I don't think central Ohio realizes how lucky they are to have AEP as their electric supplier.

In my opinion, we should go back to regulating utility companies. The job of utility companies is to supply the public with a service, not to become billionaires.

AEP estimated my winter electric bill 4 months in a row and over estimated by about $300. My neighbor, who has lived in her house for over 50 years, was overestimated by $600. One might think that AEP would have some idea of what people use after 50 years. I wonder if AEP was trying to drive their sales up for reporting financial profits or what their game is. I've talked to other residents in my county and they did the same thing - estimate bills entirely too high.

Many residents have electric lines running across their property. They are unable to use the land but are paying the property taxes on this unusable land. AEP should have to pay the taxes, all damage to timber, carrying disease and invasive plants into resident's forests should be met with hefty fines and they should be charged with solid waste violations since the generally leave their trash, garbage and excess wire behind on my land. They fly their herbicides (tordon, no less) across properties, next to yards with children and don't even stop for streams.

Residents of the Ohio Valley should charge AEP for use of our land, river, and air or AEP should GET OUT! I think we should take over our own county utility company and kick AEP out!!!!!!!!!!

Wonder why no one has taken care of us, the consumers of Ohio all these years while AEP was making humongous profits? Surely we were (are) paying for the budgets of PUCO and OCC?
