"That’s why this isn’t a political campaign. This is an information campaign.”

That is funny. It should be called a "selective-information campaign". Information is an ambiguous term, in the world of budgeting and also in the world of politics.

"Information" is no longer a definitive, black-and white, concrete term which is indisputable. It is a term in our present world, that is mostly used a "tool" for manipulation of facts toward, the purpose of achieving the goals and agenda of a person/group/political party. It is also important to note, that while it is "toted" as in the best interest of the public, it most often is in the best interest of those who are working toward a specific goal and not the best interest of the public or common good.

Individuals, groups and political parties need to present all the data, not just some data, which skews "information presented", and results in misinformation being reported to the public.

Just the facts, please. Just the facts. All of them.

Yes the "good old days", not likely, information has always been biased, you just happen to not like this bias.

I had the Scott's Lawn service cancelled this year due to SB 5. Now, I'll never have it again! I like it when they come out and say things publicly and let us know where they stand. If you don't support me, then I won't support them. Simple concept.

So you are referring to the very people that Kasich is relying on as "rats from a sunken ship".

Your comment about "pathetic Strickland" brings credence that conservatives have started the disinformation campaign to support Kasich's funnneling of state money into his secret JobsOhio program.

Again, you are so clueless. Scott's was sold to a foreign company! For the record, foreign companies do not care about you or your 30 yr career! They are international, they do not need us.

Simple is right.
All must sacrifice to dig our State out of the 8 BILLION dollar deficit by YOUR Mr. Strickland incompetence. Didn't protest while you were getting the goodies were you?
Didn't think so.

The incompetence lies squarely with Bob Taft and the republican legislature that enacted uunnecessary tax cuts in 2005, with the final cut to be approved by John Kasich in this budget. Over the past 5 years, the state lost revenue due to the tax cuts and now the idiocy continues with the revocation of the estate tax.

Reduced tax revenues and the economic collapse after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers caused a catastrophic drop in revenue that Governor Strickland was required by law to fill.

He did not cause the $8 billion deficit, there is a legitimate suspicion that Auditor Mary Taylor trumped up the budget deficit for John Kasich's campaign.

Just the facts should agree the deficit is largely due to Taft tax cuts and the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers that is explored in the movie "Inside Job".
