Win Win situation for AEP. They donate money to this fund.. get the money back when it's applied to the customers bill... then get to claim tax credits for the donation.
Too bad the person who works at AEP wasn't working on the clean air problem they are now facing.

Too bad that when Obama couldn't get Cap and Trade passed even though democrats controlled both houses of congress(that's embarassing) so he directed the EPA to carry out the issues contained within Cap and Trade despite its failure. Eco nazi's are now running the EPA. Vote a Republican in for 2012 so we can clean house at the EPA.

Why does AEP have money for this and money to donate to help get the Columbus Income tax increased passed, but not enough money to conform to the EPA standards?
