How long this time, every time we have bad weather someone, somewhere lose their power. You would think AEP would be able to maintain their equipment with all the money they rob from their customers.

You are an idiot. It's not like this was a light breeze blowing through. It doesn't make any difference how well you maintain your equipment - if a tree takes out a line, the power goes out and that is out of the control of the company (unless you want them to clear 100 feet on each side of a power line?).
