Now this is really news. Come on Dispatch, who the heck cares about State Auto's Board of Directors except State Auto and stockholders.

well John THEY would care
to me the issue here is it's more evidence of how freely government decision workers move back and forth between high paying corporate jobs and the people who are suppose to regulate those corporations
then everyone is shocked when they find out they are doing illegal things and the government (their buddies, coworkers and future coworkers) are turning a blind eye to themselves

She must have been jobless and destitute since AEP started really taking a hard look at women in key positions. AEP has a problem with women and minorities being in executive positions. It's a matter of public record...AEP will never admit it though.
