AEP, Walmart open electric vehicle charging station

Walmart is still having core business performance issues and they are once again out in left field picking daisies - putting electric car charging stations in Ohio. I am sure the 81 people in the entire 3 state area that own them will appreciate it. Guess they missed the latest retail price survey that shows them continuing to struggle to meet much less beat their competitors.
