Look at their revenue number and tell me why the consumer should pay to build the power plants. Also the last sentence sounds like a threat. The power compaines have not upgraded their equipment for decades instead they have charged more and pocket the profit.

wow you must not be a very informed person they have invested billions in upgrades mandated by the federal and ohio epa as well as to help customers save on energy consumption it takes a lot $$ to run the power industry.
