aep is such a rip off, but we have no other option for electric so they have us by the balls.
my electric bill last month was $127, i only have 1000 square feet and i have gas heat; i don't look forward to the a/c bills this summer...last year it was up to $300 per month in july and august. on the other hand, my highest columbia gas bill this winter was just over $100
