For all those who complained, have given chilly receptions to Ameren - what did you do to assist with "faster respose time"? I'm guessing absolutely nothing and you know why? Because it's easier to sit back and complain and do nothing, vs. jumping in to assist and worry about if you were doing the right thing. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!
If you had a better plan in place why didn't you have it ready beforehand and share it with these utility companies??? As the saying goes "actions speak louder than words - so do something.
